Den här rapporten syftar till att studera möjligheten för kommuner att reglera lägenhetsstorlekar i bostadshus. Regleringen kan vara ett medel för kommuner att säkerställa sina intressen utifrån det kommunala bostadsförsörjningsansvaret. Ansvaret innebär att kommuner är skyldiga att planera bostadsförsörjningen i kommunen i syfte att skapa förutsättningar för bostäder till kommuninvånarna.
