I denna rapport har balkonginfästningar för en fastighet på Bo01-området i Malmö studerats. Fastigheten som heter Vitruvius innehåller fyra byggnader där två av dem har utkragande balkonger med intermittent infästning. Intermittent infästning innebär att den 50 mm köldbryggebrytande isoleringen som balkongerna är utrustade med, bryts regelbundet av en 300 mm betongklack.
