"Don't let the muggles get you down": A pilot RCT on using Harry Potter to increase well-being

En randomiserad kontrollerad studie användes för att undersöka effekten av självhjälpsbiblioterapi och kreativ biblioterapi på psykologisk flexibilitet, självmedkänsla och psykologiskt välmående, samt en jämförelse mellan självhjälpsbiblioterapi och kreativ biblioterapi. The study makes an attempt to explore an understanding of how wrestlers themselves experience the usage of fake in relation to wrestling.
