I likhet med tidigareforskning visar den att VF kan påverka föräldrars och pedagogers samspel medbarn i positiv riktninThe dissertation concerns video feedback interventions (VF) aimed at interactions between parents, teachers and children, more specifically children who display disruptive behaviour problems (DBP) in school. To counteract early social exclusion, the dissertation emphasises the importance of fostering change processes, where parents and teachers in preschool and school play a significant role in su

The research firstly focuses on the historical evolution of space law at the international, European, and national levels, starting from the 1970s. In parallel, environmental law has rapidly devel

Supply chain uncertainties of small-scale coffee husk-biochar production for activated carbon in Vietnam

Between 2014 and 2019, an innovative small-pyrolysis system (the PPV300) using agrowaste as feedstock was transferred and adapted from Switzerland to Vietnam by a United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) project. The coffee husk resulting from the processing of coffee beans is usually disposed of in Vietnam or burned inefficiently to dry coffee beans. Small-scale pyrolysis of cof

Digging for Roots : Perceptions of Secularity and Biblical Assemblages in the 1957–58 Public Debate on Women’s Ordination in Sweden

This article aims to ‘dig for the roots’ of the entanglement between secularity and the Bible in Sweden. By employing the concepts “religionization” and “biblical assemblages,” this study identifies and analyzes the interplay between perceptions of secularity and the Bible in the public debate on women’s ordination in the Church of Sweden (CofS) in the 1950s – a crucial decade in the secularizatioThis article aims to ‘dig for the roots’ of the entanglement between secularity and the Bible in Sweden. Concentration of citrus fruit juices in membrane pouches with solar energy Part 1 : How solar drying setup and juice pretreatment determine the drying flux

The aim of this study was to investigate how solar drying setup and choice of juice pretreatment determine the drying flux in a fruit juice concentration process called solar assisted pervaporation. With this process, hygienic membrane pouches and solar energy are used to concentrate and preserve fruit juices. In this study, the feasibility of concentrating citrus (tangerine) juice into marmalade

Fungal activities of indoor moulds on wood as a function of relative humidity during desorption and adsorption processes

Activities of moulds from domestic dwellings are normally classified into three groupsprimary, secondary, and tertiary colonizersaccording to the minimum relative humidity they require to colonize a substrate. With the help of isothermal calorimetry it is possible to directly measure the thermal activity from moulds as a function of climatic parameters. This makes it possible to provide more preci

Organizational Challenges to Sustainable Development

The concept of sustainable development at present permeates public discourse. An inter-organisational perspective can be used to analyse the processes through which this concept has found its way into policy and programme in four different settings: the United Nations, the European Communities, the government of Sweden and the city of Lund, Sweden. Although visible in treaties, laws and action pro

Composers on Stage : Ambiguous authorship in contemporary music performance

In recent years, workflows within the field of contemporary classical music have changed drastically. Increasingly, composers are active in the process of creating and co-creating performances, not only the auditory dimensions but also the visual design and theatrical staging. The practice has recently been termed The New Discipline (Walshe, 2016). Of particular interest to the present article are

Development and Evaluation of eHealth Services Regarding Accessibility : Scoping Literature Review

An inaccessible design can result in exclusion from eHealth and cause disability among people who have impairments. Objective: This scoping literature review aimed to investigate how eHealth services have been developed and evaluated regarding accessibility for people with impa

Fault handling processes in district heating customer installations : Current and future solutions

When trying to integrate more fossil-free heat sources such as renewable energy and heatrecycled from other processes into the current district heating systems, problems occur due tothe high temperature levels in the systems. There are many reasons to why the temperaturelevels are high, but one frequently occurring issue is that the return temperatures of thecustomer installations are undesirably

Performance-based costing as decision support for development of discrete part production : Linking performance, production costs and sustainability

Decisions concerning production can range from smaller improvements to choice tool or equipment investments to relocation of entire production facilities. Increasing globalization leads to both opportunities and challenges, driving the need for fact-based decision-support including costs to be able to e

The forging and forgetting the cult of St. Jovan Vladimir in contemporary montenegro

After the fall of Communism, the Serbian Orthodox Church has experienced a significant revival, part of which has been the recollection of past events, personas, sites and shrines in order to re-establish its position in the post-Yugoslav republics. One of these processes of recollection is devoted to the cult of St. Jovan Vladimir (d.1016) and the sites associated with him in southern Montenegro.

Evolution of lignin decomposition systems in fungi

Lignin represents the second most abundant biopolymer of the plant cell wall. Among microorganisms, fungi are the most efficient lignin decomposers. The discovery of ligninolysis by fungi could have altered the ancient carbon cycle at the global scale and it is still one of the processes that determine carbon sequestration and soil formation. Understanding the evolution of ligninolytic systems rep

A simple method to calculate first-passage time densities with arbitrary initial conditions

Numerous applications all the way from biology and physics to economics depend on the density of first crossings over a boundary. Motivated by the lack of general purpose analytical tools for computing first-passage time densities (FPTDs) for complex problems, we propose a new simple method based on the independent interval approximation (IIA). We generalise previous formulations of the IIA to inc
