En förutsättning för företräde är dock att arbetstagaren med lång anställningstid har tillräckliga kvalifikationer. Det är detta kvalifikationskrav som är ämnet för In situations of redundancy, dismissals shall be made according to seniority rules. According to the seniority rules, priority and selection of employees is to be made according to each employee’s total period of employment with the employer. A prerequisite for priority is, however, that the employee possesses sufficient qualifications. This qualification requirement is the subject of this paper.
