Denna fallstudie studerar och analyserar hur Arla bemöter negativa kommentarer på Instagramkontot Arla Sverige. Vi belyser hur Arla förhåller sig till teorier inom Is-sues Management i sin kommunikation på ett av sina Instagramkonton. Vi använder en netnografisk observation samt intervjumetod som insamlingsmetod.
